WELCOME TO SPORTS FANTASY LEAGUES Terms and Conditions All Sports Fantasy Leagues participants agree to abide by the rules as stated for the respective sports league and shall accept as final any official ruling or decisions made by Sports Fantasy Leagues. Sports Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to amend league rules at any time without the consent of any league participants in the interest of increasing league entertainment, simplifying league operation, and improving league competition, and in cases where an unspecified conflict may require a ruling. Any, and all, rulings or rule amendments will be made by Sports Fantasy Leagues with a priority on fairness to all participants. Sports Fantasy Leagues shall guarantee all advertised cash prize amounts, trophies and other awards as posted at the start of each league Championship. Sports Fantasy Leagues may increase any advertised cash prize amounts or awards at any time. All cash prizes shall be paid in accordance to the prize payment schedule included in the rules of each league. All posted league results may be challenged by any league participant within seven (7) working days after the results are posted. All posted results will stand as is and are no longer subject to any challenge regardless of cause after this seven day period. All Sports Fantasy League participants agree to meet all payment schedules as defined in the respective league rules. Non-compliance with these payment schedules can result in disqualification from earning and accumulating Championship points and receiving any weekly or Championship cash prizes or awards until the account is brought back in schedule. All federal, state and local laws and regulations shall apply. Limitations and Liability Sports Fantasy Leagues is not responsible or liable for any financial losses incurred, emotional or physical injuries, or any damages that may result from participating in any Sports Fantasy League programs. These programs include but are not limited to all Sports Fantasy Leagues championship leagues, league bonus programs, and league award programs. Sports Fantasy Leagues is not in any way liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, lost or invalid transactions, failures to connect to the internet, web server maintenance down times, or any hardware, software, or network malfunctions. Sports Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the site or league participants after the seventh day after any league results have been posted. Sports Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to post result changes to any previously posted league results within the seven day period after the initial results are posted for each league event. Such changes will be limited to correcting any errors or official scoring changes in accordance with the points scoring system developed by Sports Fantasy Leagues for each league. Sports Fantasy Leagues shall communicate league results to all team owners via email in the event that the sportsfantasyleagues.com site is out of operation for more than a two week period. Conduct Sports Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to disqualify any league participant found to be cheating, tampering with, or attempting to bypass or change any posted league rules or posted league results. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately alter or damage the information posted anywhere within the sportsfantasyleagues.com site or undermine the legitimate operation of any league is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
